I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super big with a good view of Matterhorn, so I could take amazing photos of the red Matterhorn top at sunrise from my balcony. While the rooms may be slightly on the smaller side, they are still great, beautiful, and well-appointed. They are very modern, clean, and comfortable, with nice touches like books, a radio, good TV channels, fruit, still and fizzy water, and Nespresso coffee.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, located on the 4th floor, were great and had a lovely view, although they looked a bit old and lacked air conditioning, making it a bit too hot at times. The beds were comfortable, though.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for transportation. The rooms, although with a small balcony, lacked soundproofing causing disturbances from neighboring rooms. The service was a mix as some staff members were accommodating while others came across as rude. The dining experience offered a nice selection of hot and cold items typical of Switzerland. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
I had a lovely view on the 4th floor, but unfortunately, the room had interlinking doors with no soundproofing, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms. Being near the staff room was a bit inconvenient, and the lack of air conditioning was noticeable.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The corner junior suite I stayed in was stunning, always in excellent upkeep, and offered a breathtaking Matterhorn view. The room was filled with thoughtful touches like the thick wool throw blanket elegantly printed with the famous mountain, a walking stick with a marmotte head, and a Swiss cowbell.

The decor is a perfect blend of cosy and modern, and the unique Swiss-themed amenities added a special touch to the room.
The hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and super comfortable, like having a master suite. However, opening a window for fresh air let in party noise. The service was very helpful but not particularly attentive at the front desk. The hotel's location is perfect for accessing the top of the mountain. Dining was fantastic, especially loved the New Year's Day brunch. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
